QUALITY CONTROL. Our system of manufacturing is based on quality control. Your product is inspected at each phase of manufacturing before it goes to the next step. The pink boxes in the flow chart below represent the different inspection points as a product moves through during its manufacturing. These inspections are time-consuming but this procedure is how we can guarantee that your finished product is exactly as specified in its master formulation.

IDENTITY TESTING. A key to making a quality product is to validate the raw materials.  We do not rely on a supplier's Certificate of Analysis but test each ingredient before it is used in production. We use several methods depending on the type of ingredient—HPLC, HTLC or Infrared Spectroscopy.
